Diagnosis
Mouth opening about as wide as height of eye; marginal vein short (0.5X as long as height of wing) and with a swollen base; hind coxa with a thick tuft of hairs on posterior surface; petiole 0.6X as long as width of base; first gastral tergite with hairtufts anterolaterally (as in alticola).
